Service Description
Our Puppy Foundations & Confidence class is designed to help you and your puppy build clear communication, confidence, and real-life skills from the start. This 6-week program focuses on practical, everyday training to help your puppy learn how to navigate the world alongside you — not just in a controlled environment, but in real life. Training doesn’t happen in a bubble — and neither should your puppy. We will cover engagement, basic obedience, confidence building, leash skills, and introducing your puppy to new environments in a structured and supportive way. This class is not about perfection — it’s about building understanding, consistency, and a strong relationship with your dog. Our next session begins Wednesday, May 6th. Includes a graduation field trip, certificate of completion, and the opportunity to earn your puppy’s AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy certification. Spots are limited to keep classes small and hands-on. Perfect for new puppy owners who want a structured, supportive start.

Cancellation Policy
🐾 Balanced Dog Coach – Booking Policy Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time is not guaranteed. Commitment to Training Results depend on consistency and follow-through outside of sessions. Owners play a key role in their dog’s success.
